For those wanting to book travel to Wellington: our congress will start at 9am on Saturday, 26 January, and will finish at about 4pm on Sunday, 27 January. The programme will include language sessions, presentations, and the AGM of the New Zealand Esperanto Association. Don’t worry – we’ll keep this official session brief. We will provide morning and afternoon teas, and you’ll be able to bring your own lunch or order a lunch at the venue. On the Saturday night we’ll have dinner at a restaurant in downtown Wellington. We do not intend to charge for attendance at the congress. Everyone is welcome – beginners, fluent speakers, anyone interested in learning Esperanto or learning about it. Come for the whole weekend or just for a few hours. Most of the congress will be conducted in Esperanto, but we’ll certainly help anyone who is just starting out.
